By accessing or using VidInBio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use VidInBio.

2. Description of Service

VidInBio provides a video-first link-in-bio platform that allows YouTube creators to create customizable pages displaying their video content, social links, and call-to-action buttons. Pages are automatically populated with video data from connected YouTube channels. The Service is accessible via vidinbio.com and vidinb.io, which both point to the same platform.

3. User Accounts

You may create a VidInBio page without an account. If you choose to claim your page by setting a password, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your page. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VidInBio to:

Create pages for YouTube channels you do not own or have permission to represent
Post or link to content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Link to malware, phishing sites, or other malicious content
Impersonate another person or entity
Use the Service for spam, fraud, or any illegal purpose
Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
Upload or link to content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

5. Content

You retain ownership of any content you create on VidInBio. Video thumbnails and titles are sourced from YouTube and remain the property of their respective owners. By using the Service, you grant VidInBio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content as part of the Service.

6. Copyright and DMCA

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on VidInBio infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@vidinbio.com with the following information: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized. We will review and respond to valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the content in question.

7. Link Moderation

All links submitted to VidInBio are checked against Google Safe Browsing. We reserve the right to remove or disable any link or page that violates these Terms or is flagged as unsafe. Pages may be suspended or deleted at our discretion if they contain harmful content.

8. Channel Verification

The verified badge on VidInBio indicates that a creator has verified ownership of their YouTube channel through our verification process. It does not imply endorsement by VidInBio.

9. Advertisements

VidInBio may display advertisements on pages through Google AdSense or other advertising partners. Revenue from advertisements on the free tier is retained by VidInBio to support the Service.

10. Availability

We strive to keep VidInBio available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to VidInBio at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may request deletion of your page at any time by contacting us through our contact form.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VidInBio and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

VidInBio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidInBio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any).

15. Governing Law
